“T&R Precision Engineering Ltd operates in the highly competitive Global Aerospace Industry, this market is under constant scrutiny due to emissions and the sustainability of air travel. From the Major OEM’s Airbus & Boeing right through the complex supply chains, everyone is looking to reduce their Carbon footprint in the challenge to meet Zero emissions targets.

To meet these challenges and as a high consumer of energy, T&R had already embraced green technologies on its Composite facility with the installation of a Solar system designed, install and project managed by Low Carbon.

Following the catastrophic effect, the Covid pandemic had on the Civil Aviation Industry, companies have had to choose wisely on capital projects, this with the added pressure of the cost-of-living crises and the global volatility of energy markets made the decision relatively easy for the next green project.

Once again Low Carbon was the supplier of choice for this project and again they did not disappoint, with a seamless installation of a 300kpw Solar roof system designed, installed and project managed by the technically professional Low Carbon team.”
